 A Cup of Coffee in the Morning


Indonesia has many types of coffee from every region which has different taste and smell. Some popular coffee from Indonesia are Arabica from Gayo, Kintamani, Toraja, Ijen, Riau, and Flores. Those coffee have been famous in worldwide. Although there are many types of coffee, not all people like drinking coffee because of the bitter taste. Besides, some people do not know yet about the effects of drinking coffee. Drinking coffee in right portion will give positive effects to your body. Furthermore, you can avoid some diseases by drinking coffee in the morning.

A cup of coffee in the morning improves your brain function. Coffee contains caffeine which is stimulant. It means that caffeine will be absorbed into bloodstream until itcomes to your brain. As a result, your brain work will increase, including memory, alertness, focus, and the ability to response something.

A research from Havard University shows that drinking coffee will decrease the level of stress, especially for woman. The research found that people who is not drinking coffee do suicide more than people who is drinking coffee. It happens because coffee can decrease the symptoms of depression by triggering the release of endorphins that is similar to antidepressant drugs.

Furthermore, drinking coffee will give you advantage inthe future. Coffee prevents the occurrence of nerve disease, such as alzheimer and parkinson. There is no drugs to cure the diseases yet, but coffee can help you preventing those diseases. Caffeine inside coffee affects the hippocampus in the brain. The hippocampus plays a role in regulating memory. As a result, you will not go senile in you old age.

If you want to get the positive effects from coffee, you have to start drinking coffee. You will get the good benefits if only you consume the coffee in right portion. You cannot drink coffee as much as you want because coffee also gives another effects such as insomnia and diarrhea. Besidedrinking coffee, you have to eat healthy food, do exercise, and have sleep enough to stay healthy.
